At Natural Rems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
